Sausage Tube Why Do A Lot Of Cultures Serve Meat In A Shape Of A Tube (aka Sausage)?

Why do a lot of cultures serve meat in a shape of a tube (aka sausage)? - sausage tube

I think there is a way to keep the meat in many places, I believe, keep the sausage meat, and maybe in the winter or during bad weather, drought, etc.

On the way, I know, probably the best way to contain it. Sausage is made from minced meat, meat products and must somehow supported.

German food, Poles, Italians and all the meat is very popular in the U.S., I do not know if it is done in Asia or Africa, but it could be.
